→ As always, thank you to my lovely beta [info]crickets. And thank you for making me finish this vid :) It was one of those that was sitting there mostly finished and probably would've gotten deleted if you hadn't pushed me to finish it.

→ I feel like I'm doing a lot of Sam-ish stuff lately, but what can I say? He's pretty! I think I've wanted to make a Sam/Kara vid for a while now so this is completely self-indulgent. I think their relationship was probably doomed from the start because, as much as it hurts, I think Kara was telling the truth when she told Sam that she only married him because it was safe and easy. But I think Sam's undying love for Kara is just amazing. Which is the main reason this song caught my attention. Sam is constantly trying to gain Kara's love in return and have what is in his mind a real marraige - but they ultimately just see each other differently. In conclusion, I ♥ them and their angst :)

Ah! You broke my heart, but in a good way :D

I love the flashes and the colors. I especially love the close-up of Kara as the flashes of her life with Anders sort of "flashes" before her eyes too.

So angsty, so good!!

Awesome! I love the part of when Kara is in her viper and thinks of her time with Sam on New Caprica. The colors and feel of this vid are amazing!

uh, i just realized that saying i'm a Leoben fan might be taken the wrong way, but i didn't sound remotely wanky i hope. i just meant i usually only watch Kara/Leoben vids and didn't pay attention to the other pairings. but i like Sam a lot! he's really good for/to Kara :D *sigh* the current political climate in fandom is such that i must be careful what/how i say stuff ;)

Oh my God, just yes. YES. This is one of my favorite vids that you've ever made. I absolutely love it and the song you used was perfect for them.

I was never a huge fan of the Kara/Sam relationship, but I do like them. (Just not as much as I like others.) Still, this vid really makes me feel for Sam and Kara. Oh, it hurts but in the best way. :)

This hurts in such a good way. The coloring/textures aren't just beautiful (though they definitely are that!), but they also make the vid feel so intimate, so focused on just Sam and Kara, so that their emotions are front and center. It's lovely work!

I'm so glad you liked the coloring/textures, I get a lot of mixed feelings on all the effects I use on my vids so I'm flattered to hear that they worked for you :)

I love how this captures the push-pull of Sam and Kara's relationship. And the footage of Kara in the cockpit from 'Scar' is perfectly used.
